This programme of work involves multiple projects across payroll, procurement, HR, finance, banking and accounts payable/receivable functions. This transformation requires a number of project managers, working collaboratively under the direction of the Programme Manager, who are driven by customer service improvement, and have a strong understanding of lean business process (systems thinking), agile project delivery methodologies and new technology.
