Temporary Customer Care Coordinator/ Admin - Customer Services

Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour PAYE
37 Monday – Friday, normal working hours
This opening assignment is for 3 months
City: MIDDLESBROUGH
You will have a good understanding of the importance of customer experience and will strive to make a difference. Must be able to demonstrate excellent customer service, collaborative and organisational skills with a strong commitment to improving population health outcomes by leading on a range of lifestyle interventions.
Must be able to keep a clear focus on results, be a creative thinker and have a passion for quality customer experience. Be part of a strong and passionate multidisciplinary public health team who have the aim of improving health and well-being and reducing health inequalities for the local populations.
Key requirements:
Previous experience of a similar role, working within customer services
Experience of working within a local authority or public sector organisation - desirable
Organisational and planning skills.
Strong IT skills including Microsoft packages or equivalent (e.g. G Suite).
Ability to work creatively.
Ability to work with a range of professionals and engage in multi-disciplinary work.
Able to produce clear, accurate records and reports.
Able to communicate clearly and accurately, orally and in writing, with a wide range of people, including representatives from other agencies, using skills of negotiation and persuasion.
Able to prioritise effectively a wide range of competing demands to meet deadlines.
