The role involves providing essential finance and administrative duties within an office environment. This is a full-time position & the role requires on-site presence as it supports business activities directly. Day to Day of the role: Responsible for purchase ledger duties Matching, batching & coding high volumes invoices on a daily basis Supplier statement reconciliations Raising PO's Bank reconciliations General administration duties Required Skills & Qualifications: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Expereince of using Sage would be advantageous Capable of managing a full workload and prioritising tasks effectively
