Howard Finley Care are seeking an experienced Registered Home Manager to lead a small, friendly residential home near Ellesmere Port. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dedicated professional who thrives in a turnaround environment and is eager to make a meaningful impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the delivery of outstanding care and compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Lead, inspire, and bring together a cohesive team to improve performance and create a supportive environment for both staff and residents.
3. Maintain high standards of care and compliance, ensuring CQC requirements are met and exceeded.
4. Implement strategies for continuous improvement and drive forward initiatives to achieve positive outcomes for residents.
5. Work closely with the compliance area manager for support and guidance.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a turnaround role within a residential care setting.
2. Expertise in managing small residential homes, with a focus on personalised care.
3. A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
4. Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop your team.
5. NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or equivalent) is essential.
6. United Kingdom (required).
7. No Sponsorship offered.
