About The Role:
Volkswagen Passenger Cars are recruiting for a Personal Assistant to the Director of Passenger Cars on a full-time basis until 30 December 2025.
What you could be doing:
In this busy and varied role, you'll be managing multiple tasks and providing outstanding day-to-day administrative support on everything from meeting preparation, business update planning, travel arrangements, and succinct action points from meetings. You will be the go-to contact for any brand-related requests and work closely with the PA and Admin community.
Skills & experience you can bring to the role:
* Experience at supporting at board level, and liaising with senior leaders within the UK and internationally, on a regular basis.
* Excellent organisation skills and able to effectively prioritise, screen and forward plan.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills along with good attention to detail - ability to produce reports, letters, presentations and other documentation to a high standard.
* Previous experience of using KSRM (or similar system) and keeping track of the financials would be beneficial.
* Ability to work autonomously and commercially whilst operating with discretion.
