Our fantastic tech client on the outskirts of Cardiff are looking to recruit a Repair Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
We are seeking an experienced manager, ideally from a Technology Repair background, to lead a growing and diverse team and oversee the daily operations of the repair centre, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery to customers.
What you'll be doing:
Team Management - Lead, motivate and manage a team of technical repair engineers and technicians in the repair centre, providing training, support and development.
Operations Management - Oversee the repair process from tech intake to completion and deployment; ensuring timely and accurate repairs, implementing and monitoring workflows to optimise efficiency.
Customer Service - Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing enquiries, resolving complaints and maintaining strong internal and external relationships.
Inventory Management - Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering parts, and supplies, and ensuring accurate record keeping and inventory control.
Quality Control - Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure repairs meet all standards, conducting regular quality audits and inspections.
