Sue Ross Recruitment are looking for a reliable part-time receptionist to join our client, a niche alternative therapy practice, based in Sheffield. If you are an organised, friendly individual with excellent communication skills and enjoy being the first point of contact for visitors then apply now!\n\nHours:\n\n21 hours per week: Monday 8am – 3pm, Tuesday 3pm – 8pm, Thursday 2pm – 8pm & Friday 1pm – 5pm\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally\n\n * Answer and direct phone calls\n\n * Handle general administrative duties such as filing, sorting mail, and data entry\n\n * Maintain office supplies and manage appointments\n\n * Provide excellent customer service at all times\n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n\n * Strong communication and interpersonal skills\n\n * Basic office computer skills (Microsoft Office, email)\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\n * Previous receptionist or administrative experience is an advantage but not required\n\n * Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time efficiently\n\nIf you are looking for a part-time role and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, we would love to hear from you!\n\nUnfortunately due to the number of applications we receive, we are unable to provide individual feedback to all applicants.
