Location: The Princess Grace Hospital, London
Type: Full time (37.5 hours per week)
Shift times: Monday – Sunday (flexibility to work long days, nights & weekends)
Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive (DOE) plus 9% shift allowance
We’re looking for a Senior Staff Nurse to join our Inpatients Orthopaedics Team at the Princess Grace Hospital, currently rated “Good” by the CQC.
Working alongside supportive colleagues and Specialist Consultants, you will benefit from training on the most up-to-date pioneering equipment and treatments, helping you to become more of an expert in your field.
As a Senior Staff Nurse within the Orthopaedic department, you will assess, plan, deliver, and implement a high standard of nursing care, responding to individual needs.
You will provide management and leadership to all staff in the absence of the Sister and act as a point of contact for patients following discharge.

What you’ll bring:
* NMC Registered
* Experience/Qualification in speciality (Orthopaedics)
* Phlebotomy training desirable
* Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures
* Knowledge of relevant NMC/national guidelines, policies and procedures (Code of conduct)
* Basic life support
