About the Role: An established and reputable law firm in Bracknell is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join their team. The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload, providing expert legal advice on a range of private client matters. Key Responsibilities: - Handling a full range of private client matters, including Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Court of Protection cases- Managing complex and high-value estates, offering tailored legal solutions to clients- Drafting legal documents, including wills and trust agreements- Providing tax planning advice, including inheritance tax and capital gains tax considerations- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of client care- Supervising junior team members where required- Keeping up to date with relevant legislation and legal developments in private client law- Requirements:- Minimum 4 years PQE as a Private Client Solicitor in the UK - Strong technical knowledge of private client law, tax implications, and estate planning- Ability to manage a varied caseload independently- Experience with high-net-worth clients and complex estates is advantageous- Excellent client care and communication skills- STEP qualification (or working towards it) is desirable but not essential- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to business development Benefits: Competitive salary up to £55,000Supportive and friendly working environmentCareer development and training opportunitiesPension scheme and additional benefits This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Private Client Solicitor looking to take the next step in their career within a well-regarded firm in Bracknell.
