Senior Marketing Program Manager, Amazon Customer Insights
Japan Consumer Innovation (JCI) is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead marketing and customer experience (CX) initiatives for Amazon Customer Insights (ACI), a strategic market research program that enables vendors to gather actionable feedback from Amazon customers. This role will be critical in scaling ACI to an automated, self-service platform accessible to vendors of all sizes.
Amazon Customer Insights (ACI) is a transformative market research program that enables vendors to conduct customized research surveys targeting actual Amazon customers. ACI differentiates itself through unique Amazon behavioral targeting capabilities, sophisticated survey features, and robust analysis that helps vendors make data-driven decisions about their products and strategies on Amazon.

Key Job Responsibilities
1. Drive marketing strategy and sales enablement initiatives to increase ACI adoption across Product Families.
2. Own the end-to-end customer experience strategy for survey respondents.
3. Partner with Product, Tech, and Design teams to build and launch automated survey capabilities.
4. Develop and execute strategies to improve key metrics including VSAT (Vendor Satisfaction) and customer survey response rates.
5. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Brand Specialists, Research Specialists, and Product Family teams.
6. Own reporting and analytics to track program health and identify growth opportunities.
7. Drive continuous improvement of survey design, execution, and reporting processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of program or project management experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience.
- Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field.
