Administrator - Mercer Private Wealth

We are recruiting an Administrator to join our Private Wealth Team. This part of the business is responsible for advising clients on all aspects of their wealth, including investment, retirement planning and tax planning.
The successful applicant can be based out of one of our offices in: Bournemouth, Bristol, or London.
As an Administrator in our Private Wealth team you will provide quality administration support to clients with regard to the transactional elements of their portfolio in line with the Mercer code of professional conduct, The Greater Good.
You will also assist in the retention and development of existing clients and provide support to the team.
We will count on you to:
* Maintain and updating our database system
* Prepare meeting packs
* Prepare basic reports and presentations
* Obtain and analyse information from providers
* Ad hoc client queries (speaking with Clients via telephone / email)
* Help to run management information reports as required
* Provide administration support to the Client Support teams
* Ensure compliance with Mercer’s best practices and standards
What you need to have:
* Strong administration experience ideally within a Financial Services environment as well as:
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
* Excellent IT experience in order to work with the necessary IT systems in place
* Ability to work on own and as part of a team
* Excellent planning and organisation skills and ability to work to deadlines
* Proven ability to prioritise own workloads
