Finance provides high quality financial information, advice and support to members of the University in planning, controlling and monitoring financial performance, providing practical help in achieving the University goals. Finance works to enable a successful and sustainable University by delivering, promoting and supporting effective financial management and information to staff, students and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities
1. Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex queries with minimal supervision.
2. Demonstrate close attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
3. Plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
4. Liaise with students, staff, and external organizations to enhance the student experience.
5. Utilize analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office) effectively.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must be excellent communicators, enthusiastic, and have a pro-active approach. Significant experience in Customer Service is required, along with a good working knowledge of University administration. Good analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office) are also desirable.
