My client is a Microsoft Gold Partner currently on the lookout for a D365 BC Support consultant as they look to grow out their Support team. These guys specialize in 3 different verticals; fashion, furniture, and PubCo and have their own product that integrates with Business Central. You will be required to work closely with clients and the consultancy team to ensure tasks and support projects are completed on time and to an appropriate level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To undertake in-depth investigation of logged incidents: troubleshooting errors, identifying issues, and implementing resolutions within SLA
2. To work with multiple customers and systems (Business Central / Dynamics NAV)
3. To support 3rd party software within Business Central / Dynamics NAV
4. Where an incident is identified as resolvable at software support level, to produce scripted documentation for the knowledgebase
Key Requirements:
1. Previous Dynamics NAV and/or D365 BC experience & knowledge essential
2. Excellent working knowledge of Dynamics NAV / D365BC solutions
3. Previous software support experience highly desirable
4. ERP/Accounts experience preferable but not essential
5. Working knowledge of SQL/Database knowledge is preferable
6. Experience in working with BI products such as JET desirable
7. Knowledge of the operating systems and databases on which the solutions are deployed
