As a key member of the Customer Service Department at IN-SYNC, you'd be a central point of contact for all our customers, providing outstanding customer service and helping to build our reputation of "customer first".
In this role, your duties would include:
1. Promptly answering inbound calls from customers
2. Pre-empting customer requirements through active listening and use of multiple questioning methods
3. Working effectively and efficiently when dealing with client requests, multitasking where possible to complete notes & log any queries
4. Ensuring all calls are compliant with Data Protection
5. Listening to the client's request, confirming all data and reassuring them through the use of positive language
6. Suggesting or recommending other relevant products offered by IN-SYNC Group that clients may find beneficial
7. Resolving customer queries first time, using all knowledge sources and content available via the IN-SYNC Help Centre
8. Escalating any customer concerns or complaints for quick resolution
9. Using customer feedback to inform line managers of potential issues and ideas for improvement

Essential Skills

4. Experience working in a customer-facing role
5. Experience of working within a high pace, high-pressure environment, whilst maintaining an extremely high level of customer service
6. A resilient individual, able to work flexibly to accommodate changing work priorities through periods of transformation
Desirable Skills
1. Previous experience working with HMRC
2. Previous experience working with Self-Employed workers
3. Previous experience working within Construction or Logistics
