A co-educational independent school for children aged 2 to 11, located just five miles south of Guildford in the glorious Surrey Hills. Catering for just over 300 students and teachers, we offer a core feeding of AM snack, Lunch & PM snack, along with some hospitality offerings at this location. This is a term time only contract working 39 weeks a year, operating Monday to Friday, with the additional benefit of free on-site parking.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed Assistant Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Guildford.

You will be excited to work with fresh seasonal ingredients and regularly changing bespoke menus, showcasing your creativity and skillset.
Key responsibilities:
* Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality.
* Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company's brand standards.
* Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage controlled.
* Follow all Food Hygiene and Health & Safety policies and allergen control procedures.
* Be a great team player.
You will have the following skills:
