Description
We are looking for a Senior Financial Planning Administrator (known internally as Senior Client Executive) to join our team and support in the delivery of outstanding client experience at Progeny as part of our high-value client proposition. You will work alongside our knowledgeable Paraplanners and Financial Planners to manage clients with significant portfolios through the provision of specialised administration and handling complex transactional work.
A natural communicator who takes pride in building strong relationships, you will develop rapport with clients and ensure a trusting relationship is built over time, delighting them with your proactivity, diligence, and commitment to supporting them in achieving their goals. You will also assume the role as a subject matter expert within the team and support others with their learning.
We are seeking someone who can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be effective in delivering multiple priorities, whilst ensuring high quality, accurate work. You will also need three plus years in financial planning/supporting the financial planning journey to contribute to team results from day one.

What you will do
Working at Senior level, you will take responsibility for:
* Client service: acting as a point of contact for clients, managing high-value client matters and queries, preparing for client meetings and building long-term, trusting relationships with clients.
* Managing documentation: ensuring thorough preparation, review and management of client documentation and maintaining comprehensive client files and reports.
* Client account management: completing any additional high-value client requests within set timeframes, including all client post-meeting actions.
* Process management: undertaking all processes required within the Client Executive centre of excellence and managing intricate tasks.
* Technical work: performing tasks such as CGT checks, running annuity and protection quotes, illustrations, completing annual reviews and assessment of suitability letters.
* Supporting the team: sharing knowledge and best practice, deputising for Client Executive Managers, acting as a point of escalation for colleagues and assisting in team training and strategic projects.
* Data and system management: maintaining the accuracy of our CRM and ensuring this is accurate and kept up to date and managing portal activities including advanced functions.
About you
To thrive in the role, you will be/have:
* Financial Services experience: you will bring a minimum of 3 years’ experience, with a good understanding of financial products and FCA principles.
* Client-focused: experienced and thrive in a client-facing role, a client-centric mindset and passion for delivering operational excellence is essential for this role.
* A confident platforms and tech user: fully proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, knowledgeable about different provider platforms and able to confidently produce and interpret reports.
* Methodical and organised: motivated to deliver high-quality work, with great levels of attention to detail and experience of managing different priorities.
* Excellent interpersonal skills: a supportive and collaborative team member with an ability to build strong relationships effectively. You will be eager to contribute, share, coach others and embrace your role as a ‘go to’ person for our Associate Client Executives.
* Supporting others: keen to support others with their learning and professional growth, you will be motivated to share your knowledge and take the initiative to upskill your colleagues where possible.
* Self-driven and autonomous: happy to work autonomously and be eager to develop and maintain your technical knowledge/skills to support the wider team.
No qualification in Financial Services/Planning? No problem! Whilst working towards or holding a qualification in Financial Services is advantageous, we would still like to hear from you if you have developed great knowledge and skills in our sector and have an eagerness to learn or begin qualifications.
