YOUR ROLE
As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support and coordinate both internal and customer implementation projects. These projects include onboarding new CEVA Lead Logistics (CLL) / 4PL customers, expanding existing business scopes, and executing internal improvement initiatives. You'll report to the CLL Regional Implementation Project Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of projects across our global operations.

This role is based at our Head office in Ashby-de-la-Zouch but travel will be required.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
1. Assist in setting up project plans and monitor project progress, reporting on deliverables.
2. Support project communication through regular reporting and participation in project calls.
3. Help execute action plans and ensure project quality assurance.
4. Participate in customer requirements workshops and document business needs.
5. Assist in creating SOPs, work instructions, and training materials.
6. Support the go-live phase and stabilization of projects.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities.
8. Support cross-regional or cross-customer improvement projects.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
To be successful in this role we are looking for a motivated and dynamic Junior Project Manager who has experience gained within a transport or supply chain environment. Due to the nature of the role you will have excellent communication skills, putting the customer at the heart of everything you do. As a Junior Project Manager, you will have a positive attitude, proactive mindset and the willingness to learn and grow as we guide you through your project management career.
