We have a unique opportunity for a talented individual looking to diversify their skills, use their exceptional analytic and strong ‘eye for detail’ acumen and is willing to build on their existing abilities.
We are looking for a person who enjoys providing support and can troubleshoot issues mainly related to HR systems in a helpful and friendly manner. A person who is detailed, analytical and loves working with systems.
You will be well supported by your team in learning the role, as well as the wider PLC Hub and Talent team who offer support and guidance in continued development of your HR knowledge.
To be successful, we would love for you to have:
* Experience in either HR administration or a business systems role
* Excellent interpersonal and effective communication skills
* High level analytical skills and attention to detail
* High level knowledge of Microsoft suite programs, particularly Microsoft Excel and the creation of tables and analysis
* Willingness to learn and develop
* While there is no need for a qualification for this role, if you have a HR qualification or are working towards it, this will be looked upon favorably
