Working hours: 09:00 – 17:30pm Mon-Fri (Saturday rota in place at additional pay)
Salary: £23,000 per annum

* Essential Requirements:
To excel in this role, you must possess the following:
* Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential for effectively liaising with customers and colleagues alike.
* Out of hours phone rota:
Upon successful completion of probation the candidate will be required to enter into an out of hours phone rota. This will see the successful candidate operate an out of hours service between 17:30pm - 07:30am. This will be rewarded with overtime rates.
* Previous Experience: Ideally, you have previous experience in customer service, inbound/outbound call centres, control rooms, or contact centres, enabling you to hit the ground running and deliver exceptional service from day one.
* Professionalism: You must have the ability to deal professionally, calmly, and tactfully with customers, always maintaining strict confidentiality.
* Ability to Smile: A positive attitude and the ability to maintain a friendly demeanour, even in challenging situations, will set you apart as a customer service superstar.

* Answering High-Volume Inbound Calls: Be the first point of contact for our valued customers, providing timely assistance with specific enquiries and efficiently booking jobs to meet their needs.
* Updating Worksheets: Keep track of changes and statuses for each customer job, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our operations.
* Providing Personalised Customer Service: Deliver a high level of personalised customer service at all times, going above and beyond to exceed customer expectations and build lasting relationships.
* Liaising with Engineers: Collaborate closely with our dedicated plumbing & drainage engineers to schedule follow-on jobs for customers, ensuring seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
