This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse and inspiring group of students, aged 6:19, who have a range of needs, including Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), Severe Learning Difficulties (SLD), autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and associated challenges. About the Role:
* You will be providing direct support to students in various learning contexts, including the classroom, local environment, and community.
* You will assist students with profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD), complex medical conditions, and autism to achieve their educational and personal objectives.
* You will foster an environment that promotes equality, diversity, and the rights of all students, treating them with respect and recognising them as learners.
* You will emphasise the support and empowerment of young people in all interactions.
* You will develop a deeper understanding of Special Education issues and embody the school values in all aspects of the role.
* You will maintain a high standard of support in all duties, including physical intervention and personal care routines as required.
