Then we could be your new place… Job Overview As part of the Service Desk Support team, you, as a Service Desk Technician will be involved in responding to customers’ requests for support, gathering client information and determining the issue by analysing the symptoms and figuring out the underlying problem. You will be someone who is self-motivated, can keep calm under pressure and: Essential Currently working as a Service Desk Technician or have recently qualified in an NVQ level 3 or equivalent Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Can work in a Team as well as Independently Are motivated, proactive and show good initiative Able to prioritise tasks Organised and able to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines Have good communication skills and is able to communicate at all levels within a friendly and professional capacity.
