Executive Assistant
Salary: £30,000 (Basic) + Bonus, Pension, Generous Holiday Allowance
Location: Dudley (Office-Based)

Key Responsibilities:
* Executive Support: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and arrange travel. Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and take minutes during meetings.
* Communication Management: Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders. Draft and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
* Project Support: Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of key projects and initiatives. Provide regular updates on project progress and deliverables.
* Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate logistics for executive events, meetings, and conferences, including handling invitations, follow-ups, and on-the-day arrangements.
* Data & Records Management: Ensure accurate filing, record keeping, and management of office databases while maintaining confidentiality.
* Financial Administration: Process expense reports, assist with budget management, and support invoicing and financial planning.
* Office Operations: Oversee office supplies, equipment maintenance, and general office logistics, including lunch orders and space management.
Key Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role, ideally supporting senior leadership.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft high-quality documents and presentations.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
