Leisure Bookings Advisor / Activity Host With up to 200 indoor and outdoor activities available, Center Parcs is the perfect place for families to try something new together. The Leisure team plays a key role in ensuring families feel confident, safe and happy during their activity, whatever their age or ability. There are many opportunities in the Leisure team, and our offering of activities continues to grow. From donning an eye patch in Pirate and Princess Adventure, to whizzing around a track in Quad Bike Safari or scaling the forest canopy in Aerial Adventure, our focus is on delivering a quality experience that guests will remember, whether it’s their first or fiftieth time. LEISURE BOOKING ADVISOR / ACTIVITY HOST | £11.60 per hour We are looking for a Leisure Booking Advisor / Activity Host to support the Leisure Facilities management team in ensuring the smooth running of Sports and Leisure facilities as well as hosting an exciting range of activities. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Booking activities for guests Hiring out sports equipment Assisting guests with enquiries Ensuring equipment safety checks are carried out prior to conducting any activity Operating bowling lanes Assisting in the pottery studio Hosting Entertainment Hive experiences New to Woburn Forest, the Entertainment Hive is a social-competitive space offering a variety of activities such as Puttify, Interactive Darts, Interactive Shuffleboard and Escape the Forest. In this role, you will deliver an excellent guest experience by hosting activity sessions with enthusiasm, engagement and professionalism. You will also be required to serve drinks from our Leisure Bowl bar, full training will be provided. HOURS OF WORK We have the following contracts available on a flexible basis over 7 days. This means that your hours and days of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. 48 hours per 4-week period - Shifts will typically fall between 8am - 12am. 60 hours per 4-week period - Shifts will typically fall between 8am - 12am. 90 hours per 4-week period - Shifts will typically fall between 8am - 12am. 120 hours per 4-week period - Shifts will typically fall between 8am - 12am. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis.
