We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join an award winning team based in Lurgan This person will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the business and will be responsible for supporting and assisting the team in all office procedures and other ad hoc tasks. This is a permanent role (subject to satisfactory completion of probation) and hours are negotiable. Although they are small enough that they feel like family, they are big enough to take on innovative software projects for amazing brands like Energia, Fane Valley, Belfast Telegraph and many more The Role The Office Administrator will be a fast paced, busy role with a variety of tasks. ?Greet visitors to the office ?Order refreshments when required ?Book meetings and arranging rooms for meetings ?Process post ?Answer phone calls ?Monitor office email inboxes ?Maintain stock of office supplies (tuckshop, tea & coffee, milk, toiletries etc) ?Maintain a clean and tidy office environment ?Book staff travel and accommodation when required ?Set up meeting rooms for staff training ?Manage waste disposal ?Manage Health & Safety of all staff - in office and remote ?Oversee contract management such as cleaning, landlord, security ?Carry out administrative tasks as and when required ?Monitoring and ensuring the efficient use of utilities such as electricity, water, and heating, while implementing measures to reduce energy consumption and related costs ? Oversee office maintenance ?Contribute to work on our two ISO standards ?Manage the process for quotations, purchase and delivery of office equipment and hardware ?Maintain the office asset register ?Maintain office key and fob register ?Oversee office security system ?Complete mandatory business surveys as and when required ? Carry out administrative duties for the Carbon Emissions/Environmental Standards ?Assist with the onboarding of new staff ?General ad-hoc duties You should have: ?At least 1 year of experience providing administrative/facilities/business support ?Previous front desk experience ?Excellent organisational and time-management abilities. ?Effective communication and interpersonal skills ?Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) ?Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively ?Ability to work alone or as part of a team Your Benefits: ?
