As front of the house you will provide crucial support to the senior team. You will also be the first point of contact for clients and play a key role in maintaining corporate statutory affairs and ensuring smooth day to day operations. We are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy individual who thrives in a fast paced environment. Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing reception duties, handling phone calls, and welcoming clients(UK and International)
- Assisting with client on-boarding, managing AML requirements and maintaining the client data base
- Providing company secretarial support, including maintaining statutory corporate records, incorporations and shareholder management
- Handling document management, mail distribution and digitization processes
- Processing purchase invoices and managing payments
- Identifying and implementing process improvements in office operations
