Salt are working with a leading Software scale-up shaping market leading product in the lifestyle benefits industry. They are at a pivotal phase of growth, on the verge of scaling rapidly and expanding their global reach and audience into new geographies.
They are looking for a Product Manager to join the team focusing on one of their largest and successful partnerships across Europe and Canada. You'll be interacting regularly with one of their largest Enterprise customers, shaping their white label product strategy and exploring commercial opportunities in new territories whilst executing on the in-life product.
You'll be joining a team of talented PM's with a breadth of experience spanning household names and start-ups/scale-ups. It's an excellent opportunity to contribute to the evolving product culture with significant career development opportunities as the company scales.
You'll be owning outcomes across partner satisfaction, download and visit metrics, and customer engagement and retention.
Key Requirements:
* Experience in Partnership Products is a must, with demonstrable experience shipping value to Enterprise customers and partners.
* Mobile or web app experience on a consumer facing product.
* Localization experience, launching product into new global markets.
* Start-up or scale-up experience would also be preferable.
The role is hybrid, with 2 days required in their Manchester HQ with the option to be based in London also.
As part of the hiring process, you'll interview in three parts, speaking with their Lead PM, presenting a case study to a panel and meeting their VP Product.
