Overseeing relevant ISO initiatives and collaborating on quality management systems.
Governance and ComplianceReviewing existing procedures, monitoring changes in laws, regulations and industry standards. Assisting in developing and implementing new standards as required.
Audit - Coordinating the scheduling of audits, ensuring they cover all conformity and risk management aspects, addressing any gaps or weaknesses.
LeadershipSupporting the development and management of the compliance function, leading and coaching the team in Health & Safety, Risk Management, and Corporate Policy, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Risk - Embedding a culture of risk mitigation and governance throughout all processes.
Stakeholder Management - Building and maintaining effective relationships with customers, stakeholders and regulatory bodies, ensuring transparency and proactive engagement.We are keen to speak to people about this Director of Governance and Compliance opportunity who have the following skills and experience:
