Based in our Stirling Head Office, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Business Support Team Member to join us at Tilhill Forestry. Reporting to our Management Accountant, as Purchase Ledger Business Support, you will be responsible for providing effective finance support within our Finance team. Some responsibilities of a Purchase Ledger Business Support team member within Tilhill may include: Transactional Processing for business streams within Tilhill Invoice Scanning Interface reconciliation of system data Timesheet input/ overtime payroll reporting Preparation of weekly reporting Provide assistance and support to business stream managers. Any additional reasonable duties that fall within your capability. About You: Already experienced in a Finance role, you are highly organised and can effectively plan and prioritise a diverse workload. As an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual, you have the ability to build and maintain exceptional relationships with key business stakeholders including colleagues, suppliers and contractors. In addition to this, we are looking for: Excellent IT skills and working knowledge across Microsoft packages. Accuracy and ability to work to tight deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated attitude, as well as a collaborative approach. Excellent communication and people skills.
