Salary: £ 43,742 -per annum with progression to £ 50,056 per annum

What we need:
MHM are looking for a dedicated, enthusiastic and dynamic leader to join the Talking Therapies (TT) team as Team Manager in the Durham & Darlington TT service. They will be leading a team of therapists and practitioners to deliver high quality talking therapies to individuals in the Bishop Auckland area.
This role works closely with the Tees, Esk and Wear Valley NHS Trust (TEWV) as a partner provider in the service, as well as other stakeholders and agencies.
You will oversee the day to day management of the team, ensuring it is well lead and providing support, supervision and development for your team members. You will be responsible for ensuring KPIs are met and working collaboratively with other colleagues and teams to ensure a seamless flow of care for people using our services.
