We have an exciting opportunity for a role of Customer Service Executive, for a candidate who wants to be part of a small team of Customer Service Executives.
You will be working alongside the Team Leader and Sales Manager to ensure you deliver a world class service to customers.
Duties required for Customer Service Executive:
• Dealing with customer complaints in a timely and resolution focussed manner.
• Increasing customer engagement and managing reviews
• Managing customers via telephone and email
• Administrative duties as and when required.
In order to be considered for this Customer Service Executive role candidates must have:
• Previous experience in customer facing roles.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task
• Experience of working in a customer facing role and being passionate about delivery
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word and Outlook.
