We're looking for a skilled PPC professional to join our in-house team. You'll be responsible for managing and optimising multiple campaigns across various financial brands. Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and full-funnel marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities/Experience: Work & report to the PPC Manager to deliver work & projects against deadlines and budgets. Collaborate, support, & execute PPC campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media. Identify and target specific demographic groups through thorough keyword research and audience analysis. Analyse PPC campaign data & signals, adjust strategies as needed to maximise ROI and meet Targets. Work closely with content, marketing, data, and other teams to develop and execute PPC strategies that support broader marketing goals. Continuously monitor budget and performance metrics to optimise ad spend. Stay informed about the latest developments in PPC and SEM, including algorithm updates, new technologies, and industry best practices. Experience building & presenting reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for strategy & efficiency adjustments. Work with a range of tools including AI, CRM, Power BI, & Reporting Software Good people and presenting skills to manage stakeholders. Essential Skills and Qualifications: Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other relevant platforms. Intermediate experience with Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics and PPC management tools. Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets & ability to dissect data. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Desirable Skills: Understanding of compliance and regulations specific to advertising in Financial Services. Experience working with Lead-Gen campaigns.
