Boden Group is partnering with a leading UK facilities management provider to recruit an experienced Account Manager for PFI schools contract in Merseyside. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee a major contract and ensure top-tier service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full delivery of facilities services, ensuring compliance with company policies and SLAs.
Act as the main point of contact for client escalations, addressing any on-site issues.
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the client and local authorities.
Manage the contract’s financial performance, including profit and loss responsibility.
Drive Health & Safety compliance and foster a positive safety culture.
Produce performance reports and lead service improvements. What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience managing TFM services within a PFI framework.
Experience working within a school setting is essential.
Strong financial and commercial awareness with excellent budgeting skills.
Strong client management, negotiation, and communication abilities.
Solid background in Health & Safety and risk management. What’s on Offer:
