We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team and work with clients throughout the UK. As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will leverage your expertise in cost management of civils, structural, and architectural works. Your experience at the Cost Manager level, particularly within the data centre sector, will be highly valued. You will possess excellent technical skills, work collaboratively within a team, and take ownership of your delivery elements. Key Responsibilities: Lead clients through all project stages, from feasibility to post-contract, ensuring value for clients. Negotiate, procure, and manage post-contract costs, creating and executing contracts to maximize operational and financial performance. Reduce financial risk and drive continuous commercial performance. Develop commercial pricing, modelling, and strategies to ensure value for money for clients. Qualifications: Degree or equivalent in Cost Management / Quantity Surveying. Chartered with the RICS, or equivalent. Strong measurement and cost planning expertise (NRM2). Experience with JCT, NEC, and FIDIC contracts. Commercially astute with excellent negotiation skills. Exceptional communication skills, both internal and external.
