Operations Administrator – ISA Experience preferred
This role is based in Harrogate.
THE COMPANY:
Our client is an expanding wealth management firm, offering a broad range of services across financial planning, investment management through to settlement and custody services.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Day to day duties will include data input, maintaining central spreadsheets, and maintaining good paperless records for audit purposes.
* Assist with the smooth running of all aspects of the Operations process, as and when required.
* Being the subject matter expert on Know Your Customer (KYC) and Due diligence (DD) processes and be able to train internal, and possibly external staff, on these processes.
* Maintaining up to date knowledge of company procedures and policies and completing compliance training in a timely manner.
* Any other duties in line with the level and scope of this role.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Inquisitive and a problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
* Proven ability to work within a team and on your own.
* Experience with Microsoft 360 advantageous.
* Client Data or Transfer knowledge preferable but not essential.
* Experience within the financial services sector is advantageous but not necessary.
