Despite my different health conditions, including autoimmune disorders, I am a 49-year-old lady with great humour and a light spirit. These, among others, include fibromyalgia and Addison's Disease. I also have mobility issues and use a crutch most of the time indoors and an electric wheelchair outdoors. I am semi-retired and work as a counsellor three days a week in the afternoons. I have many hobbies, such as photography, building dollhouses, and quilting. However, as with this, I can get depressed at times. As a Personal Assistant, you must be enthusiastic about communicating with and supporting me in a person-centred manner. I am looking for a personal assistant (female due to the nature of personal care work) for: · Mondays at 9 am · Sundays at 9 am to complement the position of another two Personal Assistants for a permanent contract. The schedule requested from you would be as follows: · Mondays: 2 1/4 hours · Sundays: 2 ¼ hours The jobs entail: 1. Preparing breakfast, 2. helping with personal care (shower/dressing), 3. and preparing a hot meal with "Hello Fresh". 4. You will also remind me to take my medication and prepare my lunch pack for work. Details: You MUST like dogs and cats as I have two very friendly cocker spaniels and two cuddly cats. Working as part of a team and covering the other personal assistants when they are sick or on holiday is also essential, as and when required, on all other days of the week.
