An exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a leading FM service provider maintaining facilities at a prestigious commercial site in Heathrow. This is a fantastic role for an experienced Engineer/Supervisor who thrives in a hands-on environment while also managing a team and delivering high-quality service.
The site is a highly dynamic and complex environment, requiring exceptional standards of maintenance to ensure uninterrupted operation. You will be responsible for both planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of systems, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC, while also managing compliance documentation, subcontractors, and performance reporting.

Duties
Carrying out PPMs and reactive maintenance on systems such as Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators, UPS, LV/HV Switching, Fire Alarms, AHUs, FCUs, and more.
Hands-on involvement in remedial and emergency repair works.
Managing and coordinating a maintenance team to ensure efficient service delivery.
Completing and maintaining compliance records, logbooks, and RAMS.
Organising and supervising subcontractors on site.
Regularly liaising with client representatives to ensure satisfaction and performance targets are met.
Conducting client meetings and providing regular performance updates to the account manager.
Managing permits to work and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Requirements
City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations.
Demonstrable experience in building services maintenance.
Leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team effectively.
Strong organisational and communication skills.

£48,000 - £50,000 per annum.
Monday to Friday, 8-5 working hours.
25 days holiday + bank holidays.
