Endeavour Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Test Manager / Service Manager to join our leading client based in Liverpool.
As the Test Manager / Services Manager, you will be part of the QA (Quality Assurance) Team. You will be required to ensure Service Management, Leadership & Staff Development, and QA Operational Management.
Skills and Experience
1. Partner with development to discuss, define, and execute testing methodologies and QA best practices to ensure high-quality launches, submissions, and deployments within suitable timeframes.
2. Provide leadership to the QA teams to successfully test multiple business models using various development methodologies.
3. Develop, maintain, and advocate top-tier value service level offerings for use within all studios and customer projects.
4. Leading teams: The ideal candidate should have experience leading diverse teams covering multiple responsibility areas, project types, and global interactions, including possible remote locations and global direct reports.
5. Developing staff: This role is expected to focus on staff development, succession planning, and the growth of the team as a successful unit to meet and exceed business expectations.
6. Service, Sales & Support: The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service and support environment with the ability to continually promote the services to our internal business customers while representing the business in a professional and supportive light. An understanding of tools used in these environments, such as project management tools and various communication tools for both in-person and virtual communication styles, is also required.
7. Global operational experience: Experience leading and/or working with teams in varying cultures and locations is highly desirable for this position. Understanding the key interactions needed for each location to make operations a success is critical.
8. External partners: Experience building supporting relationships with external partners such as vendors or other non-company entities to achieve business objectives is key and will be required for successful fulfillment of this role.
