**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Class 1 Tramper to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering sofas to various business addresses, spending nights away from home throughout the week. If you have a passion for driving and providing excellent service, we want to hear from you!
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Safely operate Class 1 HGVs to deliver sofas to business addresses.
2. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
3. Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies.
4. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
5. Maintain accurate delivery logs and reports.
6. Provide exceptional customer service.
**Requirements:**
7. Valid Class 1 HGV license.
8. Digital Tachograph
9. DQC Card
10. Proven experience as a Tramper or similar role would be of benefit but not essential
11. Willingness to do nights out, including occasional run off / in at weekends.
12. Strong understanding of road safety regulations.
13. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
14. Reliable and punctual.
15. Able to take sofas down from Wracking for the customers to take into the shops / warehouses
