Personal Assistant / PA / Secretary who has good administrative, organisational, time-management and communications skills is required for a well-established and prestigious Farming Estate in Stirling, Scotland.

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 Hours per Week, 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
PLEASE NOTE: You will need a Full Drivers Licence and your own vehicle as the Estate is not accessible by public transport.
JOB OVERVIEW
We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant / PA / Secretary to provide comprehensive support to the Chairman.
Working as the Personal Assistant / PA / Secretary you will have a varied workload that requires a meticulous and discreet individual with excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
As the Personal Assistant / PA / Secretary you will also need to be computer literate with experience using Microsoft Office / 365.
DUTIES
Your duties as the Personal Assistant / PA / Secretary include:
Executive Support
* Manage the Chairman's busy schedule, including diary management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
* Prepare and disseminate meeting papers, presentations, and correspondence.
* Conduct research and prepare reports on a variety of topics.
* Support the Chairman in the development and implementation of new projects and initiatives.
Marketing & Events
* Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events, including exhibitions and open days.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry contacts.
Estate Management
* Oversee the work of domestic staff, including chefs, gardeners, and housekeepers when required.
* Monitor and report on the day-to-day operations of the farm and estate, including maintenance, security, and health & safety.
* Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required.
General Administration
* Manage office administration, including filing, photocopying, and expense claims.
* Maintain accurate records and databases.
* Use accounting software to create invoices, reconcile accounts, and manage credit control.
* Provide general office support as needed.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
* Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / PA / Secretary.
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Experience using accounting software such as Xero, Sage, QuickBooks or similar.
* Excellent research and analytical skills.
* Discretion and confidentiality are paramount.
* A proactive and problem-solving approach to work.
* A professional and personable demeanour.
* A full UK driving licence and having your own vehicle is essential due to the rural location.
