BettingJobs is working with a well-established and highly successful B2C iGaming brand with offices in London, Cyprus and Latin America as they seek to hire a Marketing Analyst to join their team in London.
Responsibilities:
1. Analyse marketing campaigns (digital & offline), providing insights and optimisation recommendations to stakeholders.
2. Develop testing methodologies for acquisition funnels and customer loyalty programs.
3. Consolidate data from multiple sources (PPC, Social, Programmatic, TV, Radio, CRM, etc.) to identify optimisation opportunities.
4. Work with senior stakeholders to define performance metrics and create visual reports.
5. Utilise media mix and digital attribution models to measure marketing effectiveness.
6. Identify and build profitable customer segments for better targeting across channels.
7. Collaborate on budget planning and performance forecasting.
8. Review agency campaign reports, ensuring robust analysis and improvement suggestions.
9. Analyse customer journeys using various BI tools for enhanced segmentation and personalisation.
10. Create and maintain marketing performance dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Google Analytics, and Data Studio.
11. Identify process automation and efficiency improvements.
12. Train and support marketing teams on BI/marketing analysis tools.
13. Stay updated on industry trends and BI/MA advancements.
Requirements:
1. 3-5+ years in data-driven marketing within digital/performance and ATL marketing.
2. Experience analysing multi-channel campaigns (Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, CRM, TV, OOH, etc.).
3. Strong understanding of digital and offline marketing metrics, customer acquisition, retention, and LTV.
4. Experience with MMM and digital attribution modelling for campaign performance evaluation.
5. Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio).
6. Strong data interpretation, statistical analysis, and critical thinking skills.
7. Excellent communication skills for presenting technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
8. Ability to work independently and collaborate with global teams in different markets (EUROPE, NA, LATAM).
