We support a flexible working environment with a hybrid model of 3 days working from home per week. This role can be based in London, Newcastle, Birmingham, or Sleaford.
The MRI Healthcare Division offers the broadest solution set in the industry for Estates and Facilities Management, helping NHS Trusts transform their operations and improve patient, visitor, and staff experiences. MRI powers digital transformation and smart building initiatives, ensuring safe, efficient buildings while reducing NHS estate maintenance costs. Our solutions include Computer Aided Facilities Management, Energy, Space, and Property Management, delivering efficient estates and facilities services across the UK.

Responsibilities:
* Represent MRI professionally and build mutually beneficial relationships with decision makers to ensure high customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth.
* Achieve personal quarterly and annual sales targets.
* Build and maintain a sales pipeline to meet targets.
* Recommend solutions and negotiate terms with clients.
* Identify new client opportunities within UK Healthcare organizations.
* Respond to tenders, RFIs, RFPs, and ITTs.
* Collaborate with Sales Engineering for quotations and proposals.
* Negotiate with prospects, including at C-suite level.
* Maintain regular contact with prospects via onsite visits, online, or phone.
* Assess clients’ ongoing needs to adapt solutions accordingly.
* Work closely with Legal, Sales Operations, Sales Engineering, Marketing, Development, and Implementation teams.
* Maintain accurate sales forecasts and update CRM systems regularly.
* Manage opportunity pipelines from inquiry to closure using CRM.
* Travel within the UK, with occasional overnight stays, representing MRI at industry events.
Requirements:
* Proven sales achievement in a target-driven environment.
* Minimum two years’ experience in software solutions sales, preferably in the Public Sector/Healthcare.
* Ability to qualify opportunities and understand customer goals.
* Knowledge of the Facilities Management Market is advantageous.
* Team player with strong collaboration skills.
* High initiative and ability to work independently.
* Tenacious, driven, confident, enthusiastic, and energetic.
* Motivated to succeed, eager to learn and improve.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to manage complex, long-term sales projects.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Dynamics, and Salesforce.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
* Self-sufficient with minimal supervision.
