Job Role: Chef
Location: 80 x resident care home. Breakfast, Lunch and Supper meal service. Must be confident with IDDSI Level foods (Puree, minced and moist, small and bite-sized).
Job Duties:
1. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in line with menu specifications.
2. Ensure food preparation areas are clean and hygienic.
3. Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimise waste.
4. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow.
5. Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Required Qualifications:
1. Proven experience working as a Chef.
2. Food Hygiene Certificate.
3. Literacy and numeracy equivalent to at least GCSE Grade C English and Maths.
4. NVQ2 in Hospitality & Catering.
5. Level 1 Food Hygiene Certificate.
