Job Summary
The Hotel Manager will oversee all aspects of the hotel operations to ensure a memorable guest experience and efficient daily operations.
Duties
1. Manage hotel staff, including recruitment, training, and supervision
2. Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial goals
3. Ensure high-quality guest service standards are met
4. Monitor and maintain hotel facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
5. Coordinate with various departments to optimize overall hotel performance
6. Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Skills
1. Strong leadership abilities
2. Proficient in budgeting and financial management
3. Extensive knowledge of hotel management practices
4. Excellent guest relations skills
5. Effective phone etiquette and communication skills
6. Understanding of human resources principles
7. Familiarity with night audit procedures
8. Experience in resort or hospitality management
