We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our clients team in Northampton.
**Location and Working Hours:**
The successful candidate will be based in Chapel Brampton (near Northampton) and work 14:00 - 22:00 hours per shift.
**Salary:**
The estimated annual salary for this position is £37,360 - £44,230 based on a pay rate of £18 - £20.17 per hour.
**Job Overview:**
The Sous Chef plays a key role in managing the food operation, working closely with the Head Chef and key stakeholders to deliver a consistent, compliant, and profitable department in line with all company standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist in managing the food operation to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Work closely with the Head Chef to plan menus, manage stock levels, and maintain high-quality food standards.
* Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
