1. Registered with NMC as RSCN
2. Paediatric Basic Life Support
3. Knowledge of Child protection issues
4. Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
5. Flexible and positive attitude
6. A warm, considerate and empathetic character
Desirables
1. Provide training in Child protection and other relevant informal and formal teaching sessions related to care of the child as required.
2. Previous clinical supervisory experience
3. EPLS
4. Flexibility
5. Level 3 Paediatric Safeguarding
Key Performance Criteria
1. Participate in the on-call system post discharge for Paediatric patients
2. Participate in all aspects of the Child's care including OPD, Pre-assessment, Ward (Day Surgery), Theatre and post discharge.
