Queen of Clubs Lifestyle Luxury Services Ltd, a global luxury leader in on-site Concierge & Travel Solutions, is seeking Junior Travel Consultants for the role of:
Assistant Luxury Experience Designers
The Role
The candidate will handle the booking processes from start to finish and will be in contact with suppliers, luxury travel agencies, and high-end advisors. This includes:
1. Dealing with ground operations, hotels, villas, events, tickets, experiences, and local suppliers.
2. Maintaining regular contact with clients and suppliers to ensure total satisfaction.
3. Creating new and exciting ideas and proposals to promote and quote to existing accounts and clients from different countries.
4. Working with the Team Senior to resolve any client complaints quickly and efficiently.
5. Getting confident with our CRM BeConcierge.
6. Using effective sales/questioning techniques to close the sale, reaching and exceeding sales targets.
7. Monitoring and communicating client feedback.
Qualifications:
1. Fluent in English.
2. Passionate about Luxury Travel and Lifestyle.
3. Good knowledge of the destinations in the UK.
4. Shows total commitment and real motivation.
5. Ability to work under significant pressure.
6. Good knowledge of pricing/costing and quick math ability.
7. Prior travel industry experience and a university background in travel or hospitality.
This includes but is not limited to tour operators, travel agencies, incentive or wedding planners, hotel reservations, concierge companies, family offices, or other sales roles in luxury hotels and the travel industry.
MacBook and iPhone are provided. This is not a hybrid job; the candidate must already reside in London.
Salary starts from GBP 28,000 / GBP 33,000 annum PLUS great incentives depending on seniority.
