Your extensive L&D experience and proven line management skills will be crucial as you create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
You will be responsible for resourcing and planning training effectively, ensuring that all training initiatives are well-organised and executed seamlessly. This includes identifying training needs, developing comprehensive training plans, and allocating resources efficiently to meet the demands of our growing team.

THE ROLE
As an L&D Partner in our consumer telecare business, you will play a pivotal role in driving our learning and development initiatives across large, dynamic departments from our alarm receiving centre, customer care and dispatch teams. Our people are eager for impactful L&D interventions and support, whether it’s navigating system changes or enhancing customer experience through well-documented processes and resources.
In this role, you will:
1. Serve as a key liaison to stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored training solutions that drive performance and engagement.
2. Resource and plan training effectively, ensuring that all programs are well-organised and executed seamlessly.
3. Create and deliver engaging training across various platforms, including eLearning and face-to-face sessions.
4. Motivate and lead our team of trainers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Contract: Fixed term until June 2025
Hours: 35 hours per week
Shift patterns: Within core hours of Monday to Friday 8am-6pm, with occasional evening and weekend inline with business needs
Salary: £28-32,000 per annum dependant on experience
Location: Hybrid - Norwich
Start date: As soon as possible October / November 2024
