We are seeking a Finance Manager to join a growing team. This new role is an exciting opportunity for a professional with experience in the construction industry and expertise in Construction Industry Scheme (CiS). The successful candidate will manage two finance team members and contribute to continued growth. Day-to-day of the role: Oversee daily operations of the finance department. Manage and mentor two finance team members, ensuring professional development and efficiency in their roles. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, particularly with CiS requirements. Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to aid strategic decision-making. Implement and streamline financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Collaborate with other departments to align financial management with overall business operations. Handle month-end and year-end closing processes. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum qualification: AAT Level 4, Part Qualified, or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in a relevant field. Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably in the construction industry. Strong understanding of Construction Industry Scheme (CiS) and its application. Excellent leadership skills with experience managing finance teams. Proficient in financial software and MS Office. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
