Commercial Administrator Part-time: 30 hours per week Location: Portsmouth Salary: £20,800 Join one of the UK’s largest distributors as a Commercial Administrator. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, ensuring the smooth operation of commercial activities through meticulous administration and effective customer and supplier engagement. Day-to-day of the role: Maintain accurate customer contract terms in alignment with business objectives and specific customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This includes managing contract additions, deletions, updates, and uploads. Assist in the upkeep of supplier product files and analyse the impact of changes to terms, such as adding new products to catalogues and updating product details. Support the management of print solution contracts through detailed reporting and administration. Code new customer proposals to our product file, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Handle purchasing administration tasks including backorder cancellation, product swaps, rejected orders, proactive backorder replacements, and supplier order acknowledgements. Generate and present reports and recommendations tailored to customer needs. Required Skills & Qualifications: High level of accuracy and exceptional attention to detail. Proven experience working to deadlines, using initiative, and prioritising workload effectively. Strong interpersonal skills to work collaboratively within a team and handle customer queries proficiently. Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
