3. Lincolnshire - Commutable from the Lincoln, Welbourn, Newark-on-Trent & Grantham Areas
Company Overview:
An exciting new opportunity has just become available for an Installations Manager. This company is a key player within the Industrial Door, Loading Bay, and Gates and Barriers industry, working hard to build a strong reputable brand that continues to go from strength to strength.
This position will be based within the Loading Bay division. Previous industry experience is required.
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Oversee Loading Bay Projects and Installations
2. Effectively manage and guide a team of engineers and other staff
3. Ensure all processes and procedures are being followed
4. Ensure training and development plans are in place
5. Proactively handle customer disputes
6. Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations at all times
7. Approve subcontractor and hire invoices
8. Support the South and North coordinating teams
9. Report job progress
10. Offer technical support
Skills and Experience:
1. Experience leading, motivating, engaging, and nurturing a diverse team of engineers and other staff
2. Experience with Loading Bay installations
3. Previous experience managing processes and procedures
4. Desirable - Loading Bay NVQ L2 in Installations
